A key division of Extend Technologies is the HCM (Human Capital Management) Group. This core business unit provides, repeatable and affordable HCM solutions and services backed by Extend's skilled consulting team across all SAP disciplines.

This team pioneered affordable SAP HCM by building a repeatable HR/Payroll tool set, reducing implementation costs by up to 50% and enabling clients to achieve a greater level of self sufficiency in a shorter timeframe.

Achieving SAP Qualification in 2009 for our HCM Payroll solution, the Extend HCM Group have continued to grow, now providing solutions and services in all areas of HCM. Their client portfolio is a testament to their success including companies such as; Australia Post, UGL Limited, CSR, CBH, Apparel Group, Mackay Sugar, Queensland Cotton, and Super Retail Group.

The group continues to evolve its product and service offerings to reflect changes in Australian and APJ HCM.business priorities and practices as well as the ongoing enhancements of the SAP HCM suite, such as Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS), which align perfectly with our customer approach.
