The SAP® Extended Business program is designed for organisations that promote, implement, or develop solutions designed for use with SAP software. The program helps these organisations to cultivate new market opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction by establishing a closer relationship with an SAP channel partner and becoming more closely aligned with SAP. Specifically, the program offers key business-enabling components, including an e-learning and in-person training curriculum, as well as direct access to SAP tools, resources, and knowhow. The idea is to help you stay up-to-date with SAP software and technology and work effectively with an SAP channel partner to deliver solutions for small businesses and midsize companies.

How to join the Extended Business Member Program
Organisations must qualify to become members of the SAP Extended Business program. The qualification process consists of the following steps:

Gain sponsorship by allowing SAP or an SAP channel partner to assess your company’s capabilities and market focus

Sign the SAP Extended Business program agreement, which details the program requirements and restrictions
-
Be assigned to work with an SAP channel partner in your region (unless you already have a working relationship with an SAP partner)
-
Formalize your agreement with your SAP channel partner
-
Have your employees take the required SAP training and pass the corresponding tests
