Capital alliance with business intelligence solution provider, Cornerstone Asia

NTT DATA CORPORATION ("NTT DATA"; President and CEO: Toru Yamashita; Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo), through its subsidiary NTT DATA Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (President and CEO: Ryoji Fukaya; Head office: Singapore), reached an agreement to obtain 100% of outstanding shares in Cornerstone Asia Tech Pte. Ltd. (CEO: Woon Shung Toon; Head office: Singapore; hereinafter referred to as "Cornerstone"), which specializes in providing business intelligence (BI) / business analytics (BA) consulting services and IT solutions in the Southeast Asia region.

Cornerstone has built up its strength particularly in general insurance, healthcare, traditional banking and contact center analytics solutions, leveraging its high industrial expertise and strong professional services to effectively cultivate and address customers demanding BI needs. Through this strategic partnership, NDAP will add BI/BA solutions to its portfolio for its customer base in the Asia Pacific region.
One of the main strategies for NDAP is to expand its footprint to strengthen its IT support capabilities in the Asia Pacific region. Since its establishment in 2009, NDAP has been actively engaged in expanding its business, and Cornerstone will help accelerate NDAP's penetration into the market with its highly experienced BI/BA consultants.
