Extend Technologies, an SAP® Gold Channel Partner, announced today that it has signed a Service Partner agreement with Nakisa®, to implement and support both SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa and SAP Org Visualization by Nakisa as part of Extend Technologies' total Human Capital Management solution offering.
With the highest priority for many HR practitioners being how to overcome the skills shortage in Australia, coupled with a widening talent gap due to an ageing population, companies are getting more aggressive about talent retention by better engaging key employees.
"The SAP Visualization Solutions by Nakisa integrate seamlessly with SAP ERP Human Capital Management enabling strategic talent initiatives for competency management, career development, and succession planning," outlines Mr Daire O Mochain who heads up the Human Capital Management Group at Extend Technologies.
"We have been working alongside the Nakisa team over the last 12 months and are very pleased to formalise the working relationship by joining the Partner program. We see this as one of the key offerings in the SAP HCM end to end solution set and will be working closely with Nakisa and SAP on a number of initiatives both in Australia as well as across APJ in the coming months" he added.
"With close alignment to SAP's growth strategy, Nakisa has been continuously investing in the APAC region. This partnership with Extend will further allow the best of breeds of solutions, best practices and resources to be offered at optimum value to our clients" states Aju Murjani, Nakisa's Vice-President for Asia Pacific and Japan.
Nakisa's powerful Organization and Talent Management solutions provide deeper visibility and insight allowing organisations to identify, engage and cultivate talent to build a sustainable workforce. "This partnership will provide Extend customers with an easy-to-use solution that delivers a secure and reliable way to transform their workforce data into strategic business intelligence for better informed talent decisions," adds Mr O'Mochain.
