NTT DATA Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. enters into a capital alliance with Business Formula (M) Sdn Bhd

NTT DATA Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (President and CEO: Ryoji Fukaya; Head office: Singapore; hereinafter referred to as "NDAP") is pleased to announce it has obtained a majority interest (60%) in the Malaysia-based SAP consulting company, Business Formula (M) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as "BFSB").

BFSB has built up its strength particularly in the automotive, manufacturing and engineering markets, leveraging its strong relationship with SAP and proprietary SAP solutions to effectively penetrate local customers. Through this strategic partnership, NDAP will add SAP solutions to its portfolio for its own customer base in Malaysia.

One of the main strategies for NTT Data is to expand its footprint to strengthen its IT support capabilities in the Asia Pacific region. Since its establishment, NDAP has been actively engaged in expanding its business, and BFSB will help accelerate NDAP's access to the Malaysian market with its highly experienced SAP consultants.
