1. Customer Care Packages - Extend Technologies offer a number of Customer Care Packages to suit our diverse client base. These are contractual arrangements whereby a customer commits to a set number of support hours per month. Where hours are not used, Extend Technologies allows hours to be rolled over, month to month, for a maximum of three times the value of the Customer Care Package. 2. Remote Monitoring Services - These services are typically both proactive and reactive. Firstly, the proactive service is the systems management through the use of SAP Solution Manager. Secondly, the reactive service is the management of the exception events where the system cannot be used or is not performing as required (incident resolution) and follows the Extend Service Desk Call Log Process. 
3. Health Checks - Extend Technologies' Service Desk offers three kinds of health checks; Technical, Security and Functional. These provide a baseline of your SAP system to help you make the most of your SAP investment. Health Checks provide a cost-effective way to identify areas of strength, risk, and possible improvements. 4. Education Services - Well received End User Training is key to ensuring a successful implementation. Training the workforce in the use of SAP activities, which enable the changed business processes, is a significant task. The proper execution of this task is paramount in helping employees adapt to the changes being introduced and in transferring knowledge and ownership to the business.
5. Maintenance Services - Extend Technologies provides SAP maintenance services on behalf of our maintenance customers. These services can also be extended to non-maintenance customers and include: Log, manage and escalate SAP messages in conjunction with the SAP Customer Interaction Centre, manage remote connectivity to SAP Global Support backbone, search for SAP solutions using SAP delivered knowledge bases, manage SAP system landscape and maintenance optimizer, manage SAP EarlyWatch Alert, and conduct SAP license audits. 6. Transition Support Service - Recognising that SAP system availability is critical to the business, Extend Technologies has developed a ‘Transition Support framework', built on the RunSAP Methodology. This service aims to achieve: Firstly, a seamless, cost-effective, non-disruptive transition of SAP implementation (or operations) to Extend's SAP support, with no impact or major risk to your business. Secondly, maximise continuity of service delivery during transition to agreed service levels and quality. Finally, a strong, positive strategic relationship with your organisation.
